Shipping Information
Most orders process within 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Orders are shipped after they are processed, and the shipping times vary by location. If you are in a rush, please inquire.

Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you make a mistake, or provide insufficient delivery information, we may charge an additional delivery fee. Please provide a street address, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Orders outside the contiguous 48 states require additional shipping charges. The actual costs are based on weight and delivery addresses. Contact us for accurate costs if you are outside the contiguous 48 states. If you have any additional questions about shipping procedures or costs, please contact us by e-mail.

Damage
We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must email us immediately. Keep all contents and original packing material. Do not repack and do not return the items back to us until you are notified by us.

Refused shipments
In the event an order is refused where a shipping expense has been incurred by us, the customer agrees to pay shipping and handling charges incurred. Refused shipments may be subject to a replacement or restocking fee depending the on condition of goods received back.

Our Returns Policy
ZOG Undertakings, LLC stands behind the quality of every product we sell. If an item needs to be returned, please send an email using the “contact us” link on this website stating your name, if it will be a return or an exchange, item name and number, and reason for return.

You must e-mail The Undertaker at www.funeralideas.com BEFORE you send your product back and within 5 days of receiving it. Personalized items cannot be accepted for return. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Returns and exchanges take approximately 2-3 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience.

Payment Options
Currently we accept payment by PayPal or check. PayPal is the easiest and safest way to order online. Snail Mail invoicing is available. Payment must be made at time of purchase and prior to shipping.

Georgia Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected only on orders sent within the state of Georgia.
